Services Performed to Factory Specifications
We follow the guidelines in the equipment’s Operation and Maintenance Manual. We use genuine Caterpillar lubricants, filters and related seals and gaskets.

Factory Trained Technicians
Every 250 hours of operation, you will have a Caterpillar trained technician with extensive experience and knowledge inspecting and maintaining your equipment.
No Environmental Concerns We properly dispose of all waste oil, coolant, and filters.

Fast/Clean Service
Our service trucks are equipped with a quick fluid change EVAC system, and carry all tooling, parts, lubricants and service information needed to complete the scheduled maintenance quickly, cleanly and in one trip. Your job site or shop is left the way we found it.

Warranty Compliance
New machines covered under total machine or power-train warranty must be enrolled in Scheduled Oil Sampling program to insure warranty coverage. Each of our scheduled services include SOS Fluids Analysis.

Reduce Cost Enrolling your machines in our On Site Scheduled Maintenance Service allows you to stop carrying an inventory of filters and lubricants for these machines. Eliminates wasted time attaining and stocking the correct filters and service items.

Record Keeping and Trend Monitoring We maintain a full record of all maintenance work and fluid analysis lab results. A documented service history adds value at time of sale or trade.

“A unique part of your On Site Scheduled Maintenance Service is Oil and Coolant Analysis by Butler Machinery’s world class fluids analysis laboratory. We’ve processed nearly 750,000 samples and have the experience needed to help you get the lowest operating cost from your equipment. Not only do we find problems early while they’re still easy to fix, we take the proactive approach and actually work to prevent problems from occurring in the first place. Our program includes the necessary tests to find mechanical problems and monitor fluid condition. Some of the problems we can help identify, include: dirt entry, fuel dilution, coolant entry, mechanical failures, improper maintenance and improper applications. We can also help determine the correct oil and coolant change intervals. The important thing to remember about oil and coolant analysis is that you are purchasing information. Fluids analysis is very similar to medicine, you want the best information available. In the case of disease, the doctor interprets the medical test results and provides information on treatment options. Our SOS lab does the same thing. We provide information about the problem and then help you decide the best course of action.”
