ANDOVER, SD – December 29, 2009 - Kevin M. Anderson, President and Founder of Anderson Machine, Inc. and the Anderson opener, has announced the transition of its product lines to his son, Kory L. Anderson, President and Founder of Anderson Industries, LLC. This transition will take effect on January 1, 2010.

Anderson Industries, LLC will assume all engineering, marketing, production, and distribution of the Anderson precision seed and fertilizer placement openers, disk leveler systems, and Anderson torpedo hitches. The new venture will continue the proud and longstanding tradition of over 25 years of pioneering and development to help producers achieve the maximum crop potential for their farms.
